Alex: With nearly a decade of experience, Alex combines his qualifications in personal training and soft tissue therapy. He specializes in supporting clients in performance enhancement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

Lauren: You may already know Lauren as a key member of The Font's founding crew. However, you might not be aware that she holds a BSc (Hons.) in Sports & Exercise from the University of Leeds. As a Level 3 PT, Lauren is passionate about helping climbers elevate their skills and conquer new grades.
