Hey! I’m Honor, a qualified L2/L3 PT with a pre/post natal qualification. I have been a PT for over two years and have acquired a wealth of experience conducting both 1-2-1 PT sessions as well as group fitness classes.
My primary focus is strength and conditioning, with technique work forming a key part of my training style. Think powerlifting movements (barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press) paired with a wide range of accessory exercises to complement your compound work. All exercises will be tailored to your specific goals, whether that be just to improve your general fitness, or learn how the gym space can elevate your climbing on the wall; I want to make sure you end each session moving better and more efficiently than when you came in.
Most importantly, I want you to feel stronger, more toned and more confident in your own body through strength training, not just cardio (because cardio can get boring…).
