Membership

Current Restrictions: Members will be allowed to book a maximum of 2 session per day while we operate under Covid-19 restrictions. This is to support fair access to the walls to all customers and discourage members from booking multiple slots without attending. Members may still arrive un-booked for a time slot, and if there is capacity they will be admitted.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be available to members in the case of your pregnancy or onset of a long-term life altering medical condition. Please get in touch with our team at info@the-font.co.uk to discuss cancelling a membership.

Freezing Membership: If you encounter a short-term medical condition that limits your use of the centre during your membership term, e.g. a broken leg, we will enable you to freeze your membership until you are able to reinstate it again.

10 Pass Bundle

Pregnancy: We will extend the expiry date to ensure you are able to use your passes as and when you are able to. Please get in touch with our team at info@the-font.co.uk to discuss.

One-off Climb

Cancellations

To cancel a session, log into The Font App or the Online Store and Scheduler. Navigate to your Profile page, then on to the Schedule tab. You’ll be able to cancel using the button provided. If you are cancelling after the 72-hour cancellation window it will notify you of this and allow you to ‘Late Cancel’ the session. If you are cancelling for a Junior session please get in touch at info@the-font.co.uk and we will process this for you.
