Only individual participants or household bubble participants will be able to use the facilities – household and bubble mixing is not permitted at this time.
Please follow the social distancing measures in place throughout the facilities.
Face masks must be worn while not exercising.
We are operating regular cleaning of high touch point areas but we ask you to please clean down gym equipment before and after use.
We recommend regular hand washing/sanitising throughout your visit from the stations available.
Please sign-in to Track and Trace from the access point at reception upon arrival.
No group exercise classes are permitted at this time so our Studio will not be in operation.
We are permitted to serve Take-away food and drink only, please visit our Café and Bar for further details.

I am currently in isolation due to:
A positive Covid test
Receiving a notification, I may have been exposed to Covid e.g. I have received a track and trace exposure notification
Recent international travel
I am currently experiencing COVID-19 main symptoms, including:
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
I live with someone who is:
self-isolating due to experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or
waiting for COVID-19 test results.

Please watch the Bouldering Safety Video provided by the Association of British Climbing Walls. Please pay close attention as our crew will ask you some safety related questions when checking-in at the centre based on what is shown in the footage.
First time climbing? You must attend one of our introductory sessions or come along with a friend/relative who is an experienced boulderer and is willing to act as your supervisor throughout your first session, find out more about supervision here. We are now running two introductory coached sessions depending on your preference, 1-hour Bouldering Introduction (safety, technique and etiquette) or a 30-minute Safety Introduction Session (safety only) which are great ways to get started in the sport with others new to climbing.
