Parthian Climbing changing booking system

New system incoming: quick setup needed before April 7 for a smoother check-in, bookings, and climbing experience.

Hi Parthian Reading and Southampton climbers,

We’re upgrading to a new booking system (called Clava - the one we use at the Font London centres) on April 7th to make your experience smoother and easier to manage.

Your Rock Gym Pro account will be automatically transferred, as long as you’ve used it within the last 6 months. To access it, there are a few important steps to complete.

First, log in here using your current email address. You will need to follow the reset password process to access your new account.

If you have any under-18s linked to your account, you will need to add them again using the Family tab. This is required for anyone supervising juniors.

Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to complete a new waiver. This must be done before your next visit.

Your existing competency should carry over. However, if you supervise other climbers, you will need to complete a one-time photocard supervision check before supervising for the first time after April 7th. Once completed, this will remain on your account. This is done in-centre.

Please also check all of your account details and make sure everything is up to date. This includes your email address, phone number, emergency contact details, profile photo and payment card information.

To note: Your bookings will still be honoured, and if you cannot see them in your account by April 13th, please contact your centre, and we will assist.

We strongly recommend completing all of these steps before arriving. Our team will be available to help, but getting set up in advance will allow you to enter the centre much faster.

We realise this is a lot of info, so thanks for bearing with us. The good news is that the new system brings a number of improvements.

Self check-in will be available for single entry passes, pack holders and members who have completed their waivers and competencies, meaning you can move through reception much more quickly.

Online booking will be simpler, and course bookings such as NICAS will be more structured and easier to manage.

We are also introducing new pricing options, including fixed-term annual memberships and fixed-term student memberships, offering more flexibility without requiring a large upfront payment (more info coming soon)!
