Qualification Rounds
Two rounds (same format, different times - early & late): Starting 1st round at 9am and running until 12pm, 2nd round starts at 1pm and runs until 4pm.
Choose whichever works best for you:
- Round 1: fresher conditions.
- Round 2: more sleep = fresher you.
- No minimum climbing ability required – everyone can take part.
- Important: Many of the qualification blocs will be stripped afterwards to make way for semis and finals. If you want to try them, this is your only chance.
Sunday 7th December
Semi-finals & Finals
Scores from qualifiers decide who progresses.
Only Open categories move into semis & finals.

- Adult Male (Open)
- Adult Female (Open)
- Amateur Male/Female – for those climbing up to V5 (e.g., almost climbing a purple tag at The Font but not quite there yet).
Minimum competitive age: 14 (will compete against adults).
Usual supervision policies apply.

Expenses
- Travel expenses covered for podium finishers (1st–3rd), up to £750.
Covered:
• Return travel from home → accommodation (pre/post event)
• Return travel from accommodation → The Font (event days)
• Fuel costs reimbursed at £0.45/mile (with proof of purchase)
Not covered:
• Accommodation costs
• Personal travel in/around London outside the event
