Originally from Essex and a Londoner of seven years, Emma brings five years of coaching experience and a Degree in Sports Development to the team. Having traded a corporate career to become a Full-Time CrossFit Coach, she is driven by connecting with new people and helping them fall in love with the process of training for performance.
As a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer, Emma excels at holding her clients accountable to their strength and fitness goals. For the past three years, she has specialised in Pre and Postnatal fitness, programming and supporting hundreds of mothers in reclaiming their confidence and strength post-birth. Her multidisciplinary approach is rounded out as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, ensuring her clients balance high-intensity training with essential recovery.
Outside the gym, Emma is an avid weightlifter who loves hitting WODs with friends, walking her dog, Honey, or scouting London’s best new food spots with her partner Kim.
