Mayoor

Jobanputra

Personal Trainer

Mayoor has been coaching since 2014, where his career as a trainer started in his foundation year at university. A passion for teaching people how to equip themselves with the knowledge of how to train well, stay strong and injury free is at the heart of Mayoor's approach to fitness.

In 2014 Mayoor set up the UK's first university calisthenics sports club; Brunel Calisthenics. Since he has devoted his time to learning, upskilling and teaching others how to use their bodyweight to unlock skills like handstands, muscle ups and helping to improve mobility and movement. From helping people to be able to touch their toes, unlocking their first (and start of many) chin ups, to helping people achieve their first handstand holds as an adult, Mayoor is a big believer of patience and consistency when it comes to fitness.

You won't find 6-8 week programmes with his approach, but instead how to train using fitness as a lifestyle; learning how to adapt and integrate it into your life rather than it being something that has to be done 'once or twice a week'.
