About Lauren R: With over 10 years of experience, Lauren started in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and then added yoga and mobility into the mix, so has a broad list of skills to pull from and a whole lot of knowledge and understanding.
Lauren’s classes are a mixture of active mobility drills and more passive flexibility training, working towards gaining mobility and freedom in all the common ‘trouble’ areas (back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings). Lauren’s hope is that when you see how much better you move and feel after the classes, that you’ll learn to love stretching/mobility training and not just see it as that boring 5 minute ‘thing’ that you’re ‘supposed’ to do after training.
