About Philip Claas (Phil): As someone who has always had a passion for fitness and many sports including rock climbing, athletics and gymnastics, Phil is confident he can help individuals from a wide range of backgrounds reach their goals. This love of sport from a young age has led to him gaining his Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

Phil’s aim as a personal trainer is for you to find enjoyment in your training and make sure that it has a positive impact on your quality of life.

He specialises in strength and conditioning. He firmly believes that certain strength and mobility skills work hand in hand when it comes to being a better athlete and climber on the wall.

Training with Phil means continuous support, engaging sessions with a structured and individual programme. So whether your goal is to get stronger and more mobile on the wall, or hit a PB in a compound lift on the gym floor, he can help you achieve those goals.
