Our team of climbing coaches and PT's have curated a range of weekly group sessions to build strength & endurance. Our gym is kitted with the latest functional fitness equipment and ample exercise space to create the perfect fitness environment.
Yoga and climbing go hand in hand. Our studio space hosts a range of classes with some of London's best Yogis. These classes blend a mixture of active mobility drills and a Vinyasa style flow. Appropriate for beginners and intermediate levels.

No. Any adult is welcome to partake in our group exercise or yoga sessions on a pay as you go basis.
Our class instructors love to use their experience and knowledge to adapt their sessions to fit your ability. The vast majority of our sessions are designed to be all inclusive, however, in some cases we do run more advanced sessions or workshops though these instances will be noted in the name and description of the session. If you are unsure or have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us or speak to a member of the team at The Font.
Yoga Classes take place in our private studio. Fitness Sessions take place in the gym during the day and our studio in the evenings.
All of our Personal Trainers hold level 2 and 3 qualifications and many hold additional qualifications in their chosen areas of expertise. Check out their profiles to get to know them a little more!
Sessions can be cancelled online by logging into your account on our website and clicking the“schedule” tab. On the right hand side of all of your scheduled sessions you are able to click “Cancel”. Alternatively, you can contact the team via phone on 020 8161 4440, email firstname.lastname@example.org or discuss in person at the centre. Please note that we operate a 72 hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled within the 72 hour window will still be charged.
