Yoga classes

Yoga and climbing go hand in hand. Our studio space hosts a range of classes with some of London's best Yogis. These classes blend a mixture of active mobility drills and a Vinyasa style flow. Appropriate for beginners and intermediate levels.

Gym classes

Our team of climbing coaches and PTs have assembled a range of weekly sessions to build strength & endurance. Our substantial gym area contains a variety of quality equipment and ample exercise space designed to create the ideal fitness environment.
