Alex Warren, P.T.

Alex has been working in health & fitness for nearly 10 years and combines his qualifications in personal training and soft tissue therapy to support clients performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. When not on the climbing wall you'll normally find him on a set of skis or battling at the front of a sailing race!

Honor, P.T.

Honor is Level 3 PT and a qualified pre & post-natal specialist. Her focus is centred around helping women work with their bodies, understand the key differences between the male and female physiology and using this to elevate performance.
